Command Wh-question

When do you want to give an order with an added complaint to a person, you can use a partial question. For example. Núria asks his brother to do a work and she is not quite sure if he will do it, because she has asked him other times and he has never helped her. Then, a little bit angry, she asks him when is he going to do it.

Núria: Quan m’ho faràs?
